      The company value long seniority and gives good benefits for this. Employees can develop in their jobs. Good working environment

      Inconvénients

      Maybe to much training courses. Lot of info in email, should be more info in "Norwegian".

      Avantages

      Very nice and honest company, with respect for their employees. Many employees has been there over 30 years.

      Inconvénients

      The average age is quite hight, because people stay a long time in their job.
