      Challenging, rewarding, good location, great coworkers

      Inconvénients

      Stressful, sitting all day, no Christmas bonus, smokescreen bonus plans that are unattainable.

      Lot's of overtime especially in the winter months leading up to Christmas

      Inconvénients

      Plant manager was very condescending, health benefits were very expensive , large turnover of work force, poor atmosphere.
