      Tools are cool. Customers are fun

      Inconvénients

      Long brutal hours Thankless work Very low pay Willing to leave you alone in branch to do 55 hour weeks with no break so that they dont have to hire anyone else Laughable training Prices change on a whim Operations change with no warning You get added to groupchats on your personal phone, and that is mandatory. All so managers can bully you if you are behind

      Avantages

      this is a good first job out of college with ways to move up and make more money over a few years, however it does have a cap pretty early on in your career if you choose to stay in the field for a long time. You get to work with really amazing people in the medical field. OR setting is cool too

      Inconvénients

      I wouldn't say that it is super competitive pay for NYC, however there is a good amount of OT you could do. Also long hours typically 5 days a week in which you do not know what time you will be leaving work everyday so makes it hard to plan anything outside of work during the week. A lot of sitting too.
