      Avantages

      Pay and retirement programs are pretty good, along with flexibility of schedule & time off. Technology is good & they provide resources for development. Most colleagues are quite personable.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management lacks leadership & direction. They surround themselves with all the wrong people & do not listen to any constructive feedback. They are enamored with fluff, but lack substance.

      Avantages

      HNI has a very collaborative, transparant culture. Employees are encouraged to improve processes, color outside the lines, and "wow" the clients through exceptional, unexpected service. Compensation & benefits are great. Work / life balance and employee's total well-being is truly valued.

      Inconvénients

      Unhealthy snacks still find their way in the workplace.
