Inconvénients
That said, there are some downsides. The salary is a bit below industry standards for front end developers, and the annual hikes are modest—don’t expect big jumps unless you’re switching projects or roles. Management can be hit-or-miss; my manager was okay but didn’t always push for innovative solutions or advocate strongly for the team’s needs. Sometimes, the processes felt bureaucratic, with too many approvals slowing things down. Also, the quality of projects varies a lot—some are cutting-edge, while others feel like maintenance work that doesn’t add much to your portfolio
