It is some job that pays salary and provides benefits. Beyond this there is nothing positive about it.
Inconvénients
They are equal opportunity employer (literally) - meaning no matter how well-educated you are, how much experience you have they pay you less than a new engineering college graduate. Regardless of your experience, they will make you work like a technician or low-level employee. They will make you work like a slave - overtime, weekends, without extra pay. Some of the managers are very unprofessional. One of my managers did not meet me on the day of joining and for the next 6 months when I was supposed to be working on the same project. He tried to do everything to avoid meeting me. Another supervisor shouted at me though I was much more educated and experienced than he was. They move you from project to project, place to place without any consideration for your family. They don't give much for relocation or living expenses. With the salary they give, you can't even rent a room in the garage in the areas of the country like Boston, SF Bay area, LA, etc.
