Avantages
Have not been able to find one except that there are a few good people with a lot of experience working here.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, I have a list of cons. I joined this company (startup, if you would like to call it that) thinking that I will have a lot of scope to learn:
1. Mismanagement of talent.
2. No clarity of solutions/services to be provided.
3. Does not credit salary on time. (10-15 days delays on promised dates are standard)
4. No salary negotiations and hire on cheap stating they'll review salary post 3 months of probation period - with everyone!
5. Never deliver on time to clients - always lacking on their own commitments.
6. High-headed management with a know-it-all attitude.
7. Lack financial and business planning - mismanagement on all fronts!
