      - Company is driven by the goal of improving consumer marketing to all people of Hispanic descent in the US so feels like you're working to support a good cause - H Code provides it's staff a lot of opportunity to gain valuable industry experience across all departments - Products consistently deliver stellar performance which makes client retention easier for the Business Dev team - Surrounded by the most talented staff I've had the opportunity to work with

      Inconvénients

      - As with most startups, there is a need to drive stable revenue growth in the early years to ensure job security for employees so you need to come prepared to work hard

      Avantages

      Have been working for H Code Media for a little over a year and can easily say it is the best place I've had the experience of working at. As a startup, the company and leadership acknowledge there is room to grow but work hard to cover all the bases to ensure this happens. The company feels like a family as everyone continually supports your workload, vision, and challenges. Your input is always valued and achievements are celebrated. There is huge room for growth and a career path is built and communicated regularly with leadership to ensure you develop and feel fulfilled. The team built is extremely diverse and multi-cultural which allows for a very unique exchange of ideas and learnings. Great work-life balance and great PTO benefits.

      Inconvénients

      As it continues to grow, there are certain departments and functions that have not been systemized fully, but I mostly see that as an opportunity to build and grow in tandem.

      There weren't many positives other than keeping busy.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible company culture, in fighting caused by C-level executives, lack of diversity at the C-level.
