      Not enough training to do basic tasks Pressure to meet quota ( even in a non sales position) Will reassign you without notice ( they provide a 2 hour training for the new job that starts the next day)

      Work at home is the only pro

      Inconvénients

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
