      Avantages

      Very good and diverse work environment. I feel I work in a company that take really seriously being People First. Mostly of management and colleagues are committed with the project and they really aim to take the company to the next level.

      Inconvénients

      Not really, as the most young companies/startups not always took the best decisions in the past but I feel they are really focused now and going to the right direction.

      Avantages

      Working within a dynamic team where you have the opportunity to interact with all different divisions of the company. ForceManager is still small enough that it has the family feel of a start-up but growing fast which means there are always exciting opportunities opening up for those ready to demonstrate initiative.

      Inconvénients

      Must be ready to step out of your comfort zone and be willing to try new things. If you are not a self starter and want to work for a company where you are given rigid instructions to follow on a daily basis, this may not be the best place to work.
