Avantages
I am an employee of Finomial, working here for a long time. This organization was previously linked with Letse Softwares Pvt Ltd and later turned into an Autonomous body. The previous management at Finomial was sometimes harsh due to the unprecedented night shifts and erratic schedule for the employees. The new management has brought about the employee desired changes in Finomial and created a healthy environment for the employees to grow and learn in there sphere of work. The company being a start up provides ample opportunities for employees to work closely with the top management and provides full exposure to grab opportunities that come accross. I would definitely rate Finomial as one of the best start-ups in Kolkata with a wide range of facilities and opportunities for their employees. Last but not the least, the picturesque view of Rajarhat from Finomial is breathtaking and provides refreshment after a hectic work schedule.
Inconvénients
Finomial believes in equality among its employees to such an extent that there is lack of power among the team leads that leads to chaos sometimes especially during the deployments. The hierarchy is not explicitly explained.
