      Avantages

      The title says it all. Respect isn’t something that’s given. It’s earned. Too many people want handouts without having earned anything in the process. That was one of the aspects I liked about FiComm Partners. Nothing is freely given. It’s a meritocracy in the true sense of the word. I would still be working here but family matters have forced me to take a step back and focus on others areas of my life at the moment.

      Must be a self starter.

      Nice owner, good benefits for a small company

      Shiny object syndrome in leadership, constantly switching ideas. Leadership team doesn’t actually know much about marketing strategy or how to run a business.
