      Avantages

      Employees are treated with a high level of respect internally. Finally sound company. Comparable benefits packages with other organizations. Good service product.

      Inconvénients

      Huge disparities in company culture in different parts of the country. Systems are not as integrated as expected. No formal advancement or career development processes.

      Avantages

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Inconvénients

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
