Bad management with aggressive, rude, abrasive manner. Child pretending to be an adult who likes to shout at people in front of everyone. Angry angry angry being. Expect staff to take the aggressive calls from customers for other staff's mistakes. Certain staff will always point out what someone did wrong but when they do the same thing will deny it. The technicians tell the management what to do, the management bow down to the technician's demands even when the technician's are wrong. Staff are asked to do tasks and spend the entire day doing what they have been asked only to be told that the plan has now changed, A whole day of work is wasted. Totally unorganised, only reactive and not proactive. Staff who have been there for a few years should be organised but are not and will blame the new staff member for them being unorganised and lazy. Management who is meant to specialise in a field has no idea of how to respond to customers and will get the office staff to make things up. If this person is specialised then they should be handling this and not handballing it to other staff. Friday is meant to be lunch paid by management but certain staff will have a fit if they don't get GYG every week. Mean (fake) girls that work here and like to back stab people but will deny any wrong doing when confronted. Asking for basic office supplies is received badly by the owner. Low paid.
