Avantages
The property I worked at was not a bad property. Not very high maintenance when it came to the residents. The manager I worked for was amazing and she would take care of our residents and really had a moral compass, which I liked. Maintenance was amazing!!! Top notch!
Inconvénients
Owner is cheap, whats new about that though. The communication is awful when new policies or forms would change. Information was always hard to get from upper management to the team that was actually on the property. Forms and policies would change , seem like on a daily basis. Then we wouldn't know until weeks after. All in all I liked working there, but mostly because I liked the people I worked with.
