      Easy to learn the job Good coworkers Some opportunities for overtime Some bosses are great

      Inconvénients

      Some bosses are not as great, not sure how they were promoted Company negotiated new CBA only to use it to force a lot of workers into pay cuts by not giving workers the information (phony union also to blame for this) Layoffs for newer workers come winter Many good managers/coworkers left when pay cuts were forced
