      Avantages

      Office building is in a cool location. Great views. The office I worked in had a pretty nice layout.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover rate. Vicious, petty people allowed to run office politics while the real bosses stay in their offices and avoid all conflict. They also strongly discourage workers from taking a lunch break since there isn't enough time. NO TRAINING. This is the most unprofessional and dysfunctional office I have ever encountered. Exacta doesn't care about its workers.

      From the top down, firm has great leaders! Fully remote - provided with all the technology and other supportive resources necessary to work in a fully remote setting.

      Inconvénients

      Fully remote - can be hard to connect with others at times
