      You do make $12 an hour selling products

      Inconvénients

      This job is a scam... The job title should be “salesman”. You will be working at Sams Club selling cable dishes lol. You will most likely not move up to Madketing Manager. The office in Denver is also not owned by EDGI. They rent it out for interviews...

      We are very sorry to hear that your experience was not what you anticipated. We do hold contracts with multiple retailers and clients and attempt to be very clear of all roles and environments in the interview process to ensure the best fit for all involved. Those that possess a strong work ethic and the ability to drive company growth are absolutely promoted, based on merit and results, not seniority. As for the office, yes it is a collaborative space where we also hold private offices. We feel the open environment best represents our culture and methods of communication/training. We hope you are able to find a better fit and that this posting is helpful to others.

      Avantages

      The company is really trying to create a new market, so there are very interesting challenges. Great way for your horizons to grow and expand.

      Inconvénients

      It can be very busy! I personally get emotionally invested in all the work I do, but my boss can't be more helpful, delighted to give advice, to help me grow and to provide support.

      Avantages

      I think the best parts about working at EDGI is really the amazing atmosphere of people that are there. Everyone is growing together and being put in situations that are extremely uncomfortable but in way that brings us all together and MAJOR personal growth. The owner is also amazing. She would do anything to see someone succeed.

      Inconvénients

      It’s hard work. If you want anything good in life it’s not going to be the easiest thing in the world. The job requires you to give 100% but in the process you find out who you really are as a person and it continually builds you up.
