Avantages
In my position, our department had a flexible work schedule. Other pros - ability to attend a lot of events, parking and great place to learn. I'm not there anymore!
Inconvénients
Cancerous culture! Upper Management is horrible. They are unprofessional; care nothing about their employees only about the money events bring the building; allow bullying; do not train staff; have allowed staff to use inappropriate language in the work place; provides preferential treatment to those who are "loyal" to them (not the company); did I say LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!
