Avantages
-Exposure to big brands and well-known campaigns. -The Edelman name still holds weight on a resume.
Inconvénients
-Toxic politics overshadow actual performance. Advancement often depends on who you align with, not the work you do. -Project Managers are largely unresponsive and disconnected from team morale. -There’s little to no effort made toward mentorship or individual development. -Personal growth is not a priority. You're treated like a replaceable resource, and it shows.
