      Avantages

      The people are nice, management is relaxed. One has the ability to learn more technical skills, but must be self-motivated.

      Inconvénients

      No real direction for career or pay growth. No in-house infrastructure to educate employees. Pay is ok, but not great. Work can become tedious and repetitive if one isn't a self-starter and creates a niche capability.

      Avantages

      Great benefits. Lots of PTO and other perks that most don't have.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of micro-managing and measuring company success on a quarterly basis.

      Avantages

      It appears as though anyone they will accept anyone they like (as in socially, not professionally) who they interview with off the street--Prior experience doesn't matter.

      Inconvénients

      -Incredibly unprofessional management. One of their operations directors worked at a supermarket before running a major division... -Management appears to have this zen philosophy about training: they will not tell you what you aren't picking up until it is too late--then slowly alienate you until they feel like firing you.
