      Avantages

      Good business case, has potential - not billions, but millions. Overall friendly environment. Just got funded by some private equity or fund, so maybe most cons will go away. It's a startup - I don't blame them for the cons. You could call it growing pains.

      Inconvénients

      CEO likes to code instead of CEO-ing. Codebase is relatively new but could be much more robust. No time for tech debt - just push features. Front & Backend are not terrible but could be better. Management skills - need to work on.

      Avantages

      Working at DoorLoop has been an incredibly positive experience from day one. The team is made up of genuine professionals who are not only knowledgeable, but also welcoming and supportive. The company culture makes it easy to feel valued and included right away. One thing that truly stands out is the transparency and communication from management. Leadership does a great job keeping everyone informed, supported, and aligned with the company’s goals. It’s clear they care about both the success of the business and the growth of their employees. I’m genuinely grateful to be part of the DoorLoop team and look forward to continuing to grow with the company.

      Inconvénients

      I honestly can’t think of many cons. My experience with the company has been overwhelmingly positive so far, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed being part of the team.
