      Avantages

      Your life will be worst. you became a anti-social.

      Inconvénients

      Company has lots of politics group, out of 20 people 10 runs a politics. like who doing what and all non sense things, they will fire you anytime and pays salary late mostly after 10th of each month. Also they dont pay full salary whatever promised. Sometime i though its not a IT company its a JNU which full of bad politicians.

      In March 2018, as founder, I took over the company and we have restructured the company and removed the previous CTO. We thank you for these comments which are valuable, i do believe we have removed all the politics that used to be prevalent prior to March 2018

      Avantages

      It’s a good company to work with. It is a lean, bootstrapped startup that faces the typical challenges of a growing company. While it is not heavily funded by VCs, the founders have done a commendable job building and sustaining the business. Mr. Hari has done a great job driving his vision forward, even during challenging times like COVID and the AI era. The engineering team, led by Mr. Sharath, is exceptionally strong and highly focused on effective technical execution. Overall, it is a great company to work with for those who value long-term vision, growth, and ownership.”

      Inconvénients

      Minor challenges related to funding, as is common with most startups, but overall the experience has been very positive.
