Dexcom has created excellent technology that provides significant benefits to patients with diabetes, and this is a plus If you are motivated by mission or the potential for impact,
The team includes a number of very smart and exceptional people.
Inconvénients
Decision making is political. While this is not uncommon, it has been exacerbated by the company's performance in the stock market such that personal interests influence outcomes.
The pace that the company can bring innovations to market is limited because its devices are class III medical devices regulated by the FDA.

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding
