Avantages
The product Demodesk has built has huge potential to become a really well-known and used online meeting platform for repetitive calls (like sales, training, and hiring). The leadership team is open to feedback and goal-oriented. Everyone in the company is working to make the company grow. As a just-right size startup, people still know each other and really care about each other well-being and growth. At the same time, there is a structure for onboarding, feedback, and personal development. I really love the intention to do the hybrid environment - though there are tons of different nations and people are working remotely, there is a lot of effort and investment on make face to face time by flying people to the same location to share some joint experience. As well there is a clear main office - Munich, where you can find something social each week.
Inconvénients
While a hybrid environment is fun, it's also a bit taxing to have real f2f time with everyone.
