Avantages

Depending on the team you are apart of, you have the opportunity to work fully remote.

Inconvénients

Pay vs. Profit: While Datacom reported a $37M profit on $1.48B revenue (FY25), staff saw no benefit. In 3 years, I received one $3k increase, leaving me ~$30k below market rates. Dishonest Redundancies: I was told my team was redundant because my project was being "discontinued." In reality, development continues and my former colleague is working with a team from NZ and being told to add new features to that same project. Horrible Timing: Management chose to process redundancies right before the Christmas break, making it nearly impossible to find a new role during the holiday shutdown. I would have preferred to be let go 3 months earlier... Zero Transparency: "Restructuring" is used as a permanent excuse to deny pay rises and justify layoffs, regardless of the company's strong financial performance.
