      - toxic culture - 3 CEOs in 3 years. - No performance reviews/no salary increases - no diversity in the work force. Only white people in mgmt/leadership roles. - in the GTM teams (sales, CS, renewals), there are multiple resignations. every week - Inexperienced managers and leaders.
