      Avantages

      Wasn’t there long enough to experience any pros but I did get an inside on why I knew I wasn’t going to be the best fit.

      Inconvénients

      Place also known as D3,LLC High expectations Desire people who will work 12 hours a day. Meets the bare min requirement given by the DOL. If you have a personal life this place isn’t for you . If you have a child your family will probably raise him. 90% of the factory works are temps . Lots of pressure to be perfect in a completely manual process. The controller finds joy in throwing people under the bus.

      No pros in my opinion

      Inconvénients

      They expect you to be there until 6:30 pm, working conditions are dangerous. Low pay for 50 hours of work per week. Upper management is misogynistic, rude, and cannot communicate. Leadership is emotionally immature.
