Inconvénients
1. Nepotism. DHI is family owned. There are a few employees that are family with the owners that get away with some very inexcusable situations that would get anyone else terminated immediately, yet they still have a job. Most of the family employees do a good job, but there are a few toxic family employees that shouldn't be employed in my opinion.
2. Salary. The salary is not great here unless you are just getting your foot in the door and need experience, then it's a good starter job. Mid-level and senior developers typically don't get paid anywhere close to what competitors pay.
