      Avantages

      Free Breakfast/Dinner/Snacks Almost free Cab(1k per month), same cab and cab mates most days. NO variable, Fixed salary Excellent Table Tennis culture

      Inconvénients

      Immature exit process. The true Lala factor of the Company comes out after resigning. Official Notice period is 90 days, but the last working day can be the next day of resigning! Or after 100 days of resigning. One sided policies in favor of DCM, No Service Letter / Relieving letter for at least a month. Full and Final delayed intentionally and unnecessarily. Got mine after 2 months despite taking all clearances. CTO is a good man, surrounded by Yes men.

      Avantages

      Extremely good IT Company and has lot of potential for growth., Also its division of one of leading Indian Manufacturing Organisation started in 1889. This is one of few companies which started IT in India (1972)

      Inconvénients

      Around 2006, they sold off Embedded Division to Aricent which had high quality engineers in US & India.
