The family really cares about their employees and it shows in everything they do and offer from competitive pay to generous benefits to a fun, engaging work environment. I have worked at two other Christian companies in my past but this is the MOST authentic Christian company I have ever worked for...13 years and counting. They don't just say it...they do it! One of the guiding principles is "Be a Blessing" and they truly are!
Inconvénients
Because their corporate office is smaller, there isn't as much opportunity to advance in title but you can learn and do more than you can in the larger corporations! Love that!
