      They give some time to settle in and learn product

      Inconvénients

      1. Every year they Lay off around 5 to 10% Employees in name of organization restructuring (Fact: it happened in 2023 and 2024 as far I know) 2. High Hippo opinion on what to build 3. Product managers won't be satisfied with this company because we don't get input we need 4. Slow growth product and this impacts all employees growth

      Avantages

      Good product, intelligent engineers, and great third party relationships

      Inconvénients

      A culture built on passive-aggressive reminders of your expendability. No concrete sales processes or vision on how best to create them. Marketing was present but offered little in the way of assistance. No cross team collaboration. Too much cross team bickering.
