1. Was told there is no busy season. Lie. People work very long hrs here during busy seasons. 2. Was told there is no need to worry about charge hours. Lie. If you don’t hit your charge hours, you’ll hear about it about 3 times a week from the MDs and Partners. 3. Was told the group is very entrepreneurial and there is a lot of things they haven’t figured out yet and they’re willing to listen. Lie. When feedback is provided the leadership takes it personally and backlashes on you. 4. Was told there would be little to no travel. Lie. Was asked to travel every other month. 5. Was told that there is sufficient work and they’d ensure the work lines up with your background and prior work experience. Lie. Management has no idea what’s coming their way and they’re desperate for work to the point they take any and all work and put people on with little to no prior experience on projects and hope people would deliver deliver.
