      good coworkers who know a lot about the industry....basically free experience. but no reason to stay long here.

      bizarre management. ineffective systems. lack of advancement.

      $20/hour no experience or years of experience same pay

      Inconvénients

      Within the first month of emplyment 5 people left the company. Poor upper management, no real training, no raises, everyone pushes blame to others, can't pay vendors and is put on credit hold all the time. Point system if you give them 2 month notice for a doctor's appointment and need to take the day off you get points.
