      -Opportunities to Grow -Open ended means to accomplish work (Good for go-geters, bad for those who need direction) -Fair PTO/Calloff Expectations

      Inconvénients

      -Lack of clear direction/expectations -Changing managers often -Inconsistent pay scaling for employees -Missing the mark on customer expectations eroded my morale over time

      Avantages

      4 day work week and hour long lunch break.

      Inconvénients

      Always out of parts, management/supervisors are terrible(not knowledgeable, petty, vindictive), not allowed to talk to people from other departments even if it is necessary to complete job, will get punished for asking legitimate questions (management/supervisors take questions as personal attacks on them)
