      Avantages

      Convert Group is an exceptionally great working environment. All of the colleagues are welcoming and cooperative. There is full IT and HR support. The time schedule is flexible, allowing work from home with great communication and on site, ensuring productivity of all teams. The company also offers free lunches and an office with many amenities.

      Inconvénients

      The company would benefit from new members in the Data Science department, that could take AI and Data Processing features to new heights.

      Bad managers, not architects, outdated infra.

      Avantages

      The teams know/knew what they are doing (or knew I haven't worked there since 2022). Company seemed nice, never went there though to visit, it was during covid.

      Inconvénients

      They literally paid me nothing to do development work. I was a junior frontend developer/freelancer during the pandemic in a place I couldn't leave and worked remote for them as a freelancer, FOR 5 EURO AN HOUR, that is mixed, taxed, gross not net, so 3 euros an hour NET, I am pretty sure there wasn't a less paid dev IN THE WORLD at the point, more or less IN THE EU... Rubbed me the wrong way, tried to negotiate to give me more, and they tried to GIVE ME LESS...
