      -Very good and clear communication from team -Friendly atmosphere -Understanding of circumstances, willing to accommodate

      Inconvénients

      -Very low rates of pay, uncompetitive against market rate -Demands of work can sometimes go above and beyond what is initially agreed upon -Like to big up "exposure" from clients, very see through tactic for under-paying those they hire.

      WFH flexibility, fast paced working environment, learned a lot

      Inconvénients

      Impossible to do 9 to 5 if that's what you want, need to work across multiple timezones with people in different countries

      Avantages

      A lot of exciting projects to help you grow. Your ideas and voices are heard. The team vibe is friendly

      Inconvénients

      The whole company is very result-oriented and doesn't seem to have clear plan about the employee's long-term career growth. They don't have a very standardized Human Resource/operation Team for employee welfare. You have to work late night to accommodate the time zone of the other team members. Plus, the pay/benefit is under the industry average
