      Avantages

      Upper management is visible approachable and has an open door policy. Coworkers are amazing and hardworking and will jump in and help when needed. The work can be overwhelming and fulfilling especially when clients come back with success stories.

      Inconvénients

      The documentation demands can be stressful and the population can be tough.
