Avantages
Computer Courage has an amazing staff and wonderfully curated clients. The founder and owner is in the business to help people, and hires staff with that in mind. There's a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and there is almost no weekend or afterhours work. There still a good amount of foundational tech work like workstation and network management that keeps skills sharp, but moving quickly and solidly to cloud management. All techs get a good mix of work. Most have primary responsibilities for clients so get to know organizations well. There's a huge emphasis on documentation, so new staff "know" a lot about the clients from the get go.
Inconvénients
Not many opportunities to touch bleeding-edge or large enterprise technologies.
