It's a non-profit so package is different than tech -- benefits are industry-leading including 4-day work week, stipends, fully remote and more so it balances everything out

remote, Fridays off, can make some great network connections

No focus, high turnover, poor management, no path to advancement, 3 CEOS! and no clear leadership, a lot of funding spent on admin and not the community.
