Avantages

Great exposure to software engineering from the beginning, with inclusive inclusive culture and friendly, helpful team members. The work is challenging however that is what keeps it interesting and it is fast moving, with constant development happening so there is never a slow moment. The office is great and personally, the hybrid working model works for me as I don't have to go in all week, but the 2 days are the right balance for me.

Inconvénients

Can be daunting at first when you arrive because of how complex everything is but it is very accommodating as a graduate (in my case). They know it is complex and will do everything they can to help you get to grips because they were once in the same boat. At least that is the case in my team. It may be team dependent. More flexibility on the hybrid working model would go a long way, however it hasn't been an issue so far.

Avantages

Good salary, thats about it

Inconvénients

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
