      Nice small team - you will get a lot of ownerhip over your projects. The office / facilities are pretty good

      The company is quite dependent on grants and commercial work can vary.

      Generally nice atmosphere and interesting work.

      After changes within the company some of the new management is inexperienced in leadership, leading to vague project direction.
