      The company gives its employees the opportunity to use their accumulated skills through experience to provide solutions for a variety of clients. Collaboration with the growing technical and skilled team during monthly lunch-n-learns allows for open collaboration and discussion. The technical environment using the latest technologies to facilitate testing for clients ensures the latest best practices and methodologies are adopted. There is a rather flexible management understanding of the changing corporate culture.

      Inconvénients

      Confinement to using one particular tool-set.

      Avantages

      I was here for 3+ years. Culture continues to get better as the company grows. It has it's growing pains, like all growing businesses. Pay is fair and benefits are decent for size of business. I am only leaving as I wanted a shorter commute.

      Inconvénients

      Health benefits are a little higher than other larger companies I've worked for in the in the past.

      Avantages

      The team at Celtic Testing Experts is great to work with. It's a fun and engaging environment when we all get together for lunch and learns and team building outings like our last bowling event. I enjoy working with everyone on the team and feel we have a common goal to bring QA to the forefront of IT.

      Inconvénients

      Keeping everyone connected when everyone is working at different client sites. The monthly lunch and learns, team building outings and the company employee newsletter help with this.
