      The Company doesn't know meaning of appraisal, literally 0 hikes.. people working 4 years here will still not get 10% hike for all 4 years together here.. hike letter is given only alternative years and that too never touches 5% unless promoted

      > Significant room for growth if team executed well > Managers are down to earth and care about you as people

      Inconvénients

      > Poor track record of meeting variable compensation payout targets > Constant churn in executive ranks > Consistently buys out companies just to leech client list then kill them > Strategy work is less than 5% of the projects being done
