If you don't want to work much and don't care about the job done, while being able to ignore how you are mistreated, this is a place for you.
Inconvénients
Expected to work overtime, be 24/7 at disposal, none of it paid. Late paychecks. Decreased salaries at will. Field work per diem stated, but not paid out. Bad company atmosphere. Constant cursing and yelling from the CEO. Tasks given unclear. Tasks given solely verbally, with constant change of mind. CEO wants to be involved in everything. Doesn't listen to the staff foreseeing an issue and then later states he didn't know, nobody told him about it. Usually people don't stick around for long. High staff fluctuation.
