      - Everyone is friendly and willing to help also across departments - Hybrid working schedule helps massively the work - life balance - Lots of social events to help connect with other teams and departments - Great support from senior team members

      Strong and compassionate leadership, work life balance, positive mission that everyone is aligned to, innovative science

      Inconvénients

      Not many - maybe just that it's in transition and moving very fast so sometimes things feel disorganized. Not a huge issue though.
