      Inconvénients

      Managers/Regional Managers are "liars" No support from HR/Finance Lacks basic support on requirements like medical insurance No Paid leaves for first 6 months Salary never paid on time, discrepancies in paid salaries Full-n-final settlements not paid even after months of leaving company

      Avantages

      1. Job is relatively stable as most of the project are Indian govt. projects.

      Inconvénients

      1. Very less increment and no bonus. 2. Most of the projects are Indian govt. projects so limited scope of growth (both financial and learning wise). 3. You have to work from client location i.e. govt. office always.
