      Avantages

      Very good place to work and live. Very pretty. A lot of sports facilities a lot of activities, very great atmosphear.

      Inconvénients

      No possibilities to advance within the company. Difficulty to become a staff CIAT apart from international recruitement. Little feedback from superior management.
