      Opportunity to create meaningful relationships that last outside of employment.

      Inconvénients

      Everything! Compensation is AWFUL. No diversity. Benefits are TERRIBLE. If you have to take off work because of bad weather, you’re not allowed to use the bad weather PTO allotment. You have to use your own PTO. Toxic work environment. They purposely do the opposite of anything logical. They desperately need an audit to figure out what people actually do all day and why they spend so much money on nonsense like bartenders on staff.

      Loved my Summer at Butler Snow. Everyone was super nice!

      No cons. I was only there for a Summer as I was still in college.

      Avantages

      Butler Snow has allowed me to shape my own career and provided me the experience needed to excel.

      Inconvénients

      No matter how much experience you gain, it seems like there is nowhere to go within the firm.
