Avantages
The weekly team builders and team meetings were appropriate.
Inconvénients
The reason that there are weekly team building meals is that the turn over is so high. A lot of the turn over could be resolved if the training was higher quality and completed by dedicated training staff. The pressure to work off the clock is high due to the poor training by management.
